BMB Scholars Program

The BMB Scholars Program offers a 15-month research experience to exceptionally talented, full-time Penn State undergraduates performing research in the biological and chemical sciences under the supervision of one of 14 faculty members.

The BMB department has a very robust honors program with approximately 75 members. For the scholastically inclined who is interested in laboratory research, the BMB honors program has much to offer.

Undergraduate Research

We provide our students the opportunity to conduct research, working with faculty on cutting-edge projects.  More than 75 Undergraduate Researchers enroll in Independent Research each semester, gaining valuable work experience within a lab.
