United in Our Goal to Help You Succeed
As an Eberly College of Science student, you have an abundance of options available to you—all to make sure you receive the support and guidance you need during your time here. Remember, the help is here; you just need to seek it out.
Your adviser is your navigator. They can help with any questions you have—and if they don’t know the answer, they can point you in the right direction. They are here to help construct your academic plans, discuss different majors and options, understand policies and procedures, avoid common pitfalls, find your way around campus, plan for graduation, and so much more. You may visit with your adviser as often as you’d like; just be sure to schedule an appointment in advance.
We recommend that you meet with your adviser at least once per semester and be sure to check in before your class registration date.
Make the most out of your academic years by taking advantage of the variety of laboratory experiences available to Eberly College of Science students. Research in the summer or during the semester.
Diversity is important at Eberly, in both its prevalence and its impact on scientific discovery and collaboration. Our Office of Diversity and Inclusion provides many resources to aid your time here academically, professionally, socially, and emotionally.
