Climate and Diversity Feedback Form

The college’s Climate and Diversity Committee wants to hear from you! If you know of any climate- or diversity-related issues that should be addressed by the committee, please complete and submit the online form. In order to continually improve upon the college’s climate, we greatly appreciate any issues you may raise. In addition to information from the feedback form below, the committee identifies areas of need by the following means:

• Distributing a college-wide climate survey approximately every four years.
• Collecting direct feedback from departmental climate and diversity committees, ombudspersons, and members of the college community.
