Next STEPS

Our Mission

The Next STEPS committee provides education and training for the Eberly community focused on enhancing the college's ability to attract and retain the very best faculty and graduate students. Through workshops and activities we aim to identify the biases, disparities, and cultural norms which inhibit our efforts, and implement strategies for greater success in the future.
