Support new faculty members by connecting them with senior mentors or resources they may need during their startup by:

• providing non-evaluative support and guidance to new faculty members;
• connecting new faculty members to colleagues and stakeholders at Penn State who can help facilitate their startup; and
• guiding new faculty members to identify opportunities and optimal strategies to enable their success.
