Melissa Marshall

I have extensive experience in philanthropy within both higher education and healthcare, specifically in donor relations. I am dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships that align with organizational goals and create a lasting impact.

I joined Penn State in June 2022 after spending 16 years in healthcare philanthropy at Mount Nittany Health Foundation and 18 years with Easter Seals Central Pennsylvania. With a background in education, I have dedicated my entire career to philanthropy and look forward to building relationships with Penn State alumni to support the university's organizational goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy golf, traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
