Eberly College of Science tenure-line promotions in academic rank, effective July 1, 2021

Ten tenured and tenure-line faculty members in the Eberly College of science have received academic promotions, effective July 1.
The college’s nontenure-line faculty promotions has also been announced.
The following individuals have been promoted to professor:
- James J. Brannick, Department of Mathematics
- Matthew J. Ferrari, Department of Biology
- Miriam A. Freedman, Department of Chemistry
- Andrey S. Krasilnikov, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
- Victoria Sadovskaya, Department of Mathematics
The following individuals have been promoted to associate professor:
- Rebekah Dawson, Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics
- Jack Huizenga, Department of Mathematics
- Jesse Lasky, Department of Biology
- Shaun Mahony, Department Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
- Kohta Murase, Department of Physics
