Eberly adviser receives award for presentation at National Academic Advising Association conference

Benjamin McMullen, academic adviser in the Penn State Eberly College of Science, received the "Best in Region 2" award for one of his presentations at the National Academic Advising Association regional conference. 

At the conference, he gave two talks: "Equal Language is Not Equitable: How Major Restrictions Challenge Our Language of Perception and Care" and "Demystifying Research as a New Adviser or Scholar: Inspiration From Appreciative Advising Framework."
