The international conference entitled "IGC@25: Multimessenger Universe" will be held at the University Park campus of Penn State from Monday, June 24 through Thursday, June 27, 2019 in celebration of the Silver Jubilee of the Institute for Gravitation and the Cosmos (IGC). The scientific program has a dual goal: to assess the current status of our field in broad terms and to discuss future directions.
