Physics Education Research (PER) has areas of interest to improve the physics education experience. Since its inception, the field has grown and expanded to consider the variety of places and people who are in physics learning spaces, seeking to improve conditions and ensure that physics education is relevant, inclusive, and equitable. This talk highlights various areas of interest, newer findings, and efforts to improve physics education along many different dimensions.
