This seminar presents an overview on microwave system, devices, and measurement. Its target is to provide fundamental microwave concepts to non-EE major scientists. The seminar will cover basic communication system, components in the system, basic principle of the components, and measurement equipment. Finally, the recent measurement results of novel materials provided by Dr. Mao will be discussed.
