Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute’s Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design (BERD) Recent Topics in Research Methods Seminar Series will present “Graphical Models: New Methods, Algorithms and Applications.”

Presenter is Lingzhou Xue, PhD, associate professor of statistics, Penn State.

Graphical models have been widely used to study the conditional dependence structure of high-dimensional data in many research fields. In this talk, Dr. Xue will provide a selected overview of new methods, algorithms and applications of graphical models.
