Know yourself, stand up for yourself, and take pride in your accomplishments. Own your mistakes, document your procedures and results, and use that information to learn from those mistakes. We all make them! Science is fun because not all experiments yield what we expect - learn from that, too, the next breakthrough could lie in those results!
