[Being a woman in my field] means that you may find yourself in the minority at some points but that doesn't mean you need to be intimidated by that. I've been in countless meetings or interactions where I've looked around the table and I've been the only women there. That used to intimidate me, but over time it's served to further empower me, because I know I've earned the right to be there.
