Through being a part of student organizations and outreach at Penn State I have met and worked closely with some of the most positive, hardworking, and inspiring women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. Because of their support and welcoming attitudes I have learned countless things about the world, felt comfortable discussing tough topics, and discovered the person I am and the person I aspire to be. We have shared so much together in order to make the place we have called home for five years a better place for everyone who comes after us (a continually moving goal we are always working toward). Ultimately, from the interactions I have had and relationships I have built with women in Eberly, I have been able to feel comfortable with being my authentic self.
