What motivates you to do/pursue science and/or medicine?

I believe science is a good way to improve the quality of life for all. In my work, I get to interact with students from all ethnic and social backgrounds. The one thing that unites us all in science is curiosity and the desire to use objective knowledge to make our world better.

What does Black History Month mean to you?

Black History Month is an opportunity to proudly highlight the Black diaspora's contributions to society, historically and in the present.
