Information for Vendors
The Prehealth Advising office in the Penn State Eberly College of Science is excited to invite organizations to the second annual Health Professions Expo on March 24, 2025. Check beck for more details this fall for instructions about registration.
The 2024 Health Professions Expo had more than 250 students attend and 64 programs. For next year, we are looking to expand to include multiple locations within the HUB-Robeson Building and offer panels before/after the Expo.
Based on feedback from vendors for the 2024 Expo, we will improve the process for transportation for parking, drop off, and pick up of materials.
Visitor Benefits:
- Penn State is the largest undergraduate institution in Pennsylvania and one of the top feeder programs for many health professions programs in the country who are also seeking clinical opportunities.
- State College is centrally located between New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Buffalo.
- Spring is a great time for health professions programs to reach students as they get ready to apply in the upcoming cycle.
- The fair will be open to all who wish to attend – meaning even more prospective students from other local universities. In 2024, we had several students from commonwealth campuses as well as other institutions such as Juniata.
Vendor Registration:
Registration Levels:
- Penn State Affiliated Program - $100
- Early Registration (1/2 to 2/14) - $150
- Regular Registration (2/15 to 3/19) - $200
- Sponsorship (Includes Registration) - $300
We anticipate any registration fees covering the cost of an 8-foot table, breakfast and lunch for vendors, and parking for the day. In addition, we will provide access to campus Wi-Fi and electrical outlets. More information will be shared upon opening of registration.
Sponsorship comes with a higher registration fee, but includes a priority table location, logos on marketing materials for the expo, and a program specific announcement sent out to the Prehealth Listserv current holding more than 3500 users.
