Improving staff climate

Opportunities for education, networking and socialization

A subcommittee of the Eberly College of Science Climate and Diversity committee, the Staff Subcommittee works to provide staff opportunities for education, networking, and socialization through a variety of information sessions, round-table discussions and bagged lunch socials. We also help to improve the climate for staff in our college by advocating for staff needs and providing trainings on relevant topics. Meetings are held monthly for approximately one-hour.
