The Eberly College of Science is committed to supporting our researchers in translating their research to benefit society. Translation is an early part of technology transfer where scientific discoveries are aligned to tangible solutions addressing societal challenges. Many researchers want to see their research adopted by society but would benefit from guidance in navigating this process. Our programs aim to bridge this gap by offering hands-on training at the earliest stage of idea conception.
Innovators’ Coffee Hour
A monthly gathering of our researchers to network, discuss innovation tactics, and get their questions answered.
Path to Market Translational Workshops
This program consists of three hands-on workshops that will guide our researchers in creating a ‘development plan’ for their translational research idea.
