Building an inclusive culture
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives at the Eberly College of Science support all students, faculty, staff, and postdocs by cultivating inclusive and equitable working and learning environments. Through a highly collaborative college-wide network, DEIB fuels scientific innovation and promotes a strong sense of belonging to ensure that everyone feels supported and valued. Our deep commitment to this work guides our progress to advancing excellence in teaching, learning, and discovery.
We provide a nurturing environment to support students personally, academically, and professionally in the Eberly College of Science.
