Research

My primary research objectives and interests lie in the domain of materials chemistry. One of the most remarkable things I like about material science research is its closer link up to technological utilization than do many of the chemical sciences. Much of today’s new materials have their origins in chemistry labs, whether it is energy storage materials, adsorbents and membranes for environmental remediation, polymers for drug delivery, and so many more. Intrigued by such immense applications, I decided to train myself with various materials in Graduate School at Penn State.
