Climate and Diversity Committee Members

The Biology Climate and Diversity Committee strives to foster an inclusive community within the department, where everyone is given respect. We acknowledge the adversities faced disproportionately by women, Hispanic, Black, Asian, Indigenous, and other racial/ethnic minorities, as well as LBGTQ+ individuals. We work to support and empower individuals in our community.

• We promote outreach/seminar series to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups.
• We encourage the entire Biology community to participate in our initiatives.
