Women+ in Statistics and Data Science
Mission
The purpose of the Women+ in Statistics and Data Science (W+SDS) group at Penn State is to form and build community, provide networking and mentoring opportunities, and share resources. We will host gatherings throughout the year to connect individuals who support the advancement of women and gender-diverse individuals in statistics or data science. Everyone is welcome at our meetings, regardless of their gender identity.
Group Leaders and Members
Members of Women+ in Statistics and Data Science include graduate students, faculty, staff, post-docs and others at Penn State interested in statistics or data science! Co-Founders are Claire Kelling and Aleksandra Slavkovic.
