Biography

Cecil James Hampton Shelton is a Lecturer of Statistics at Penn State.

Shelton received his M.S. in Career and Technical Leadership Education from the University of Kentucky in 2012 and a B.S. in Community and Leadership Development from the University of Kentucky in 2010.

He has contributed to the department as a lecturer since 2017 and serves as the course coordinator for STAT 200. In addition, he manages the Statistics Learning Assistant Program, and supervises the Stat Undergraduate Teaching Assistant program. He serves on the advisory board for the Cultivating Change Foundation.
