Keystone State Statistics Symposium returns to Penn State
October 3rd and 4th, 2026

The Keystone State Statistics Symposium (KSSS) brings together statistics and data science faculty, postdocs, and students from the University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, and Temple University for a weekend at one of the campuses.  This year, over the weekend of October 3-4, Penn State Department of Statistics will host our colleagues from across Pennsylvania for a series of technical talks and more. KSSS aims to foster ties of the statistics and data science communities across the Commonwealth.  Highlights of this year's symposium include an alumni panel, an early career panel, and a Keynote address by Dr. Cory McCartan entitled "What works to stop gerrymandering?"
