Job Description: Assistant to the Department Head and Administrative Coordinator with various projects including all types of dossiers and sabbatical leaves; assists with award nominations; processes J1 and H1 visa paperwork for new hires; maintains some departmental informational lists; schedules appointments for the Department Head; assists the Director of the MASS Program; assists with recruiting efforts; provides information, procedures, and requirements for the MASS Program.
