Jade Korber

I earned a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Tech University in 2022. I am currently pursuing an MPS in Forensic Science with biology emphasis. As part of the Holland research group, I am involved in DNA based forensic research. I am currently working on mitochondrial DNA analysis, including relationships of heteroplasmy across cell types, mtDNA damage, and the effect of hair treatment on damage and contaminant retention.
