Eberly College of Science non-tenure-line faculty promotions, effective July 1, 2026

Twenty three non-tenure-line faculty members in the Eberly College of Science have received academic promotions, effective July 1, 2026.

The college’s tenured and tenure-line faculty promotions have also been announced.

The following individuals have been promoted to assistant teaching professor:

  • Cecil Shelton, Department of Statistics

The following individuals have been promoted to associate teaching professor:

  • Dylan Attwell-Duval, Department of Mathematics
  • Angela Bischof, Department of Chemistry
  • William Campbell, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
  • Samantha Fuller, Department of Mathematics
  • Hafsa Khurshid, Department of Physics
  • Mauricio Nascimento, Department of Statistics
  • Michael Pagano, Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics
  • Ralph Ristenbatt, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
  • Matt Slifko, Department of Statistics

The following individuals have been promoted to  teaching professor:

  • Andrew Baxter, Department of Mathematics
  • Ronald Garner, Department of Chemistry
