Biography

John Haubrick is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Statistics at Penn State.

John received his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Penn State University in 2007 and his B.S. in Mathematics/Secondary Education from Juniata College in 1999.

John's interests include teaching and learning statistics, with an emphasis on teaching online and with technology.

In addition to teaching, John serves as the instructional designer for the department. As the designer, he provides pedagogical support for the online STAT courses. John has presented at several regional and national conferences on various topics related to teaching online. John joined Penn State in 2012 as an instructional designer with Penn State's World Campus Learning Design. Prior to Penn State, he was a high school math teacher where he also served as the mathematics curriculum coordinator for the school district.
