The Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design at University Park provides Penn State researchers a full range of biostatistical expertise in study design, data management and statistical analysis.

Statistical Consulting Center

The Statistical Consulting Center, located at 323 Thomas Building provides:

• Assistance regarding research design (experiments or surveys), sampling design, questionnaire design and data collection methodology
• Guidance for data capturing and verification
• Advice on appropriate software for data analysis
• Data cleaning, validation and manipulation
• Statistical analysis of data
• Assistance with analysis interpretation
• Referral to statistical specialists when required
