Diversity Resources

We provide an array of diversity resources to support you and your time here at Eberly.

Both programs attract students from varied ethnic and cultural backgrounds who demonstrate academic potential. The Bunton-Waller Fellows program offers full in-state tuition, room, and board to Pennsylvania residents, and out-of-state tuition to first-year nonresident students. The Lenfest Scholars program provides significant financial aid for students attending Penn State.

Ritner Hall is home to students from the First-Year in Science and Engineering Program (FISE), as well as other talented students from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. The result is a culturally diverse residence hall full of your peers, with resident assistants who are trained to help with your educational needs.

FISE program assistants help with the growth and academic development of other students in Ritner Hall, playing a powerful role in the lives of others. Successful candidates must have a positive and professional attitude, effective communication skills, keen self-awareness, the ability to accept and process feedback, cultural competence, and much more.
